I can barley stand up #Plyocide #P90x2
How I feel everytime after I complete p90x2 Plyocide.
Plyo...life?
How is it that I can kick ass on Asylum Vertical Plyo but X2 Plyocide is still death?
Looks like I have some goals to work toward over the next few weeks.
Damn frog burpee jumps.
Plyocide
My second day of this madness, and it's pretty obvious that I was in no kind of shape to attempt X2 the last few times.
It really is a 'graduate' program- you need to have finished X (or X3, now that that's out) a time or two to have the strength and skill to get through these workouts.
That said, Plyocide is still one of my favorite workouts of all time. It's got plenty of bouncy jumpy moves, but many of them are lower or no impact.
I'm noticing that the workouts themselves aren't that long. The warm up is 15-20 minutes, the workouts are about 30 or 35, and then there's a 5-10 minute cool down. So really, X3 is the perfect way to get ready for X2.
Not that P90X isn't amazing. It's just that these new programs have taken the solid foundation of extreme home fitness and revised and expanded it into these awesome, well-rounded programs we have now.
Tomorrow is a rest day. I'm not dying for it, but it will certainly be most welcome.
Hear Me Roar!

Plyocide
Death by jumping!
Couple moves hurt my knee a little.
Couple moves hurt my lungs a lot.
Smashing workout. One of my favorite Tony Horton workouts, from any series.
Rest day tomorrow.
Keep Kicking Ass!
