I have a question because I don't hear peoples pmos acting in the same way mine has so I hoping to hear how normal this is or not and i thought putting the question hear would be a good way to stay anonymous and ask the question in a way that would reach people so i hope this is alright!
Basically in anyone's or your experience how normal do you consider it to just not have periods at all? I had two around middle school and then never again. I went around six years without one and had one induced last year which took one week long treatment(didn't work) and then I had to do a month long one which honestly produced what seemed a very normal period for like three days which didn't seem heavy(my perception may be skewed though) like I was told it should be.
Does anyone find this a normal pmos experience? I am confused because I only hear about irregular cycles not absent stubborn ones in the same way. And I heard someone consider missing their period for almost a year extreme so I am confused on what the general perception around that is.
we have rare menstrual cycles, but eventually they come back later at a inconsistent time. this is a interesting experience (not negative). passing this one to the comments too.
since we know this is obviously a symptom of pmos but also have never really quite heard of it.. perhaps its just a "unusual" or "uncommon" experience? (we may be wrong)
