PMOS culture is having a new "wtf is happening, should I go see a doctor" moment every time you have/should be having your period

Looking online and seing "Perhaps it's normal, perhaps it's cancer, go see a doctor though"

And never going to the doctor because there's nothing to expect, except for getting prescribed the pill, getting prescribed pregnancy, getting prescribed loosing weight.

Pmos culture is knowing that women with pmos, trans women, and transfem communities all have a lot more in common then those groups think and would be very powerful if they could get along, and if the pmos communities that didn't identify with intersex could recognize their birth certificate means jack shit because they were already their gender by nature of finding joy and who they are in womenhood, and stopped making it trans peoples problems and excluding us🫩. I think trans people and intersex people in general could prove to be a very powerful allyship if those two groups could work on bigotry and understand we are all fighting the fight for bodily autonomy. Also would be nice for trans pmos havers like me :>

pmos and possible congenital adrenal hyperplasia culture with epilepsy is knowing youre unable to go on any sex hormones because higher levels of estrogen triggers your seizures and orthostatic hypotension but higher levels of testosterone might put you at risk for seizures as well so the only gender affirming care you can do is take progestin based birth control and feel like a fake trans person

diagnosed with hyperandrogenic pcos with insulin resistance and i have symptoms of some form of cah likely ncah and i am so angry at myself and im so afraid of getting type 2 diabetes because its my fault. trigger warning for weight talk and internalized fatphobia but i stupidly decided to weigh myself and I went up 3 whole pounds within a week. i feel so angry at myself because im eating breakfast again and not constantly exercising so i know its from that and im afraid im gonna give myself diabetes if i get back up to 200 again. I dont want to let my mom down because she would totally blame it on my eating habits because she blamed it on her own despite her having hyperandrogenic pcos with insulin resistance and likely ncah most likely. and i am just at a loss of what to do. my a1c is low enough to be reversible but im scared it'll go into diabetes if I go back to 200 lbs and I am already mid fat to super fat at my typical weight (within 180-220 lbs) and I don't want to be the one whose problems are all my fault im already blamed for being bald because "the fatter you are the more androgens you have" according to my endocrinologist and dermatologist im sick of it i just want to stop feeling too "masculinized" to not have sympathy
