26: How does your character prepare for bed? Do they sleep at all or can they stay awake for days on end without trouble?

Sometime Poe will just climb into bed if he has had a very long day but other times he will normally have a quick shower. On restless nights he will go for a little fly. Sometimes he wont be able to sleep and that is normally due to stressful times. 

15: Can they multi-task or must they focus on one subject at a time?

Yes! Poe has to be able to multi task because of his job and the sitations that he can sometimes find himself into it. It’s a good skill for a pilot and he finds it easy to multi task rather than focusing on one thing at a time.

28: Are they afraid of death? Do they have any regrets?

Poe isn’t afraid of death. He is quite the adrenaline junky and knows that there are more important things than himself or his death. He would die for things he would believe in. The one regret he has was that Kylo captured him for that short time and that he gave up the information about the map.
