Describing a mental health struggle to someone else at times can be a challenge. Especially if that other person hasn’t experienced something like that yet, wasn’t aware of it in the first place, or never even knew it was a thing. I wrote this piece to showcase how for one person this is what having an anxiety attack looks like. There is no one way in having a mental health illness, everyone’s experience is different and that is okay.
