Pokémon headcanon time :D!

Once upon a time, a Wishing Star fell for Piers but, of course, Piers had no use for the Dynamax Band. So he gave it to Marnie but, since Dynamax Bands come with your name engraved on it, Marnie's Dynamax Band has Piers' name written on it.

(The next part assumes Marnie isn't the Spikemuth Gym Leader - Most of my& headcanons assume the events of SwSh didn't happen [yet])

Marnie commonly takes trainers by surprise when she dynamaxes because most trainers presume she's like her brother when it comes to dynamaxing. Plus, she usually wears long sleeves so her Dynamax Band isn't visible. So it's like,

Marnie, pulling up her sleeve: My big bro may not use it but I'll dynamax my Pokémon if it's to win!!

Recently, my fic of my OCxCanon ship reached over 1,000 views on Ao3, which may not seem like a lot to most but does to me~ It means a lot to know a lot of people were even interested enough to give it a read. So, to celebrate, I’ve redone the cover image for the fic! I also normally use the cover whenever I post chapter updates~

The original cover (left) was done almost a whole year ago; September 12th of last year. I’m incredibly proud of how far my art has come and hope to continue improving in the future!
