#Gamefemerides Hace 17 años, se lanza en América @pokemon FireRed Version y Pokémon LeafGreen Version. Son remakes de los originales Pokémon Red Version y Pokemon Blue Version, que salieran hace casi 23 años en América. Los nuevos títulos fueron desarrollados por @gamefreak_official , publicado por The Pokémon Company y @nintendo para el Game Boy Advance, y tienen compatibilidad con el Game Boy Advance Wireless Adapter, el cual vino con los juegos. Casi dos años después, Nintendo los re-lanzó como Player’s Choice. Los dos juegos fueron los primeros remakes dentro de la franquicia. FRLG son parte de la serie de Pokémon de RPG. Como en entregas anteriores, el jugador controla al personaje desde una perspectiva desde arriba, y participa en batallas por turnos. Sin embargo, nuevos elementos como menú contextual de ayuda, y una nueva región al cual se puede acceder. A través de los juegos, el jugador captura y cría Pokémon para usar en batalla. Los juegos recibieron reviews positivos, obteniendo 81% en Metacritic. La mayoría de los críticos elogiaron los nuevos elementos mientras que mantenían el gameplay tradicional de la serie. La recepción respecto a audio y visuales, con algunos analistas se quejaron de que eran muy simples y carecían de mejora sustancial comparado con juegos anteriores, Pokemon Ruby y Pokemon Sapphire.
