In rinrin's route, when shanzha and macaque rescues Yue, everyone will think she's their cub. Well at least FFM will feel like their moving on.

Who knows maybe shanzha and macaque will have a rebound with each other before actually having some sort of feelings, since macaque is considered extremely attractive to shanzha.

How do the they, wukong and rinrin feel about that?

In an angsty angle, the four monkeys are married with the wrong people and pining for another until they all explode or something horrible happens. Nothing is resolved.

In a cracky/funny angle, Yue (if she’s our Yue) takes one look at the dynamics and decides to parent trap the four of them since none of them are approaching this “love” business right so she’s going to have to do the work. Either the idiots switch partners and all is right in the world or their messy butts end up as a poly - not in a neat way where there’s communication and clear lines, but in a way that a cat gets their claws on a ball of yarn and tangles themselves into a mess.

I'm doing my hardest to get Eldritch!Geno (or Void!Geno either one honestly) and Reaper to be a thing I must have it. I even have a story in my head for them its so good

Can you imagine Reaper thinking Geno has died but he never ended up reaping his soul so he's stuck looking across the multiverse looking for him while he halfheartedly does his job? Or begging the other gods if they can find him?

I can imagine Reaper eventually seeing glimpses of a faded Geno in the corner of his eye and finding small unsigned notes addressed to him in a loving fashion. At first he'll think "Who would play such a sick game with him?" before slowly holding out hope that it really was Geno somehow leaving those notes for him and begins leaving his own notes for his lover to find.

Someday, Reaper finds Geno's amalgamated form leaving one of the notes, calling out to him. Geno would turn and give him a heartbroken smile before beginning to fade away again.

On Geno's end, he's been using every bit of energy he has to becoming tangible but the Void keeps pulling him back moments after. All he can do is steal a couple stacks of sticky notes and a pen to leave notes for Reaper. But he knows deep in his soul that he'll never be able to be with Reaper the same way ever again.

And this back and for lasts for a long couple of centuries until a cute mortal catches Reaper's eye and he's immediately guilty for being attracted to him. He felt as if he was ruining what remained of his relationship with Geno but honestly Geno encourages it. He felt he was holding Reaper back from having a normal loving relationship so why not let him chase after something healthier than the rotting corpse of their love?

Of course they never stop leaving notes for each other but now they get the added bonus of a cute Error in the mix who acts surprisingly similar to Geno... But that's probably just a coincidence.

Please, don't discard the poly routes just yet! As a poly person is really sad to lose rep just because some people are weird about the topic! I think you were being super respectfull about the topic. If it's too much work for you and you don't want to add it is fine too, sinse this is your game. But if your worry is being offensive, I really don't think you were being. (Sorry for my rant and english! Love your game!)

I'm sorry for any disappointment. I hate disappointing any of you. However, I won't go back on my final word, which is no poly routes for this game.

I'm not in a good space mentally (due to personal things) and I can feel myself wanting to pull away from the game and away from writing it. It's not because it's too much work, I'm sorry if it seemed that way. I have no problem doing research and putting in all my effort to make sure I go about something the right way. It's really about my mental state and feelings toward the game right now.

I obviously can't make everyone happy and I understand that. Anyway, I'm glad you like my game and I hope you will continue to play it even though it's not going to have polyamorous representation. If you decide it's not for you, I totally understand, too. Everyone deserves to have content that feels valid and represents them.
