Yes, she (Eivor) does have 2 hands indeed.. 👀👀👀
You don’t have to be polyamorous or non-monogamous to be an ally to polyamorists and non-monogamists. The “polyamory is wrong” polemic, more often than not, comes from ignorance. the people that say this don’t have the same exposure to or education about polyamory and ethical non-monogamy that we do. We say this as a reminder to people fielding this kind of commentary. It’s frustrating to feel wrong, silenced, and misunderstood. Stand in confidence knowing you’ve done and are doing the work. You’re not wrong for living your truth. and we know that soon you’ll discover how right you are. ~image description below~
More Weapon Headcanons (Riley Edition)
Well, since I added a new weapon to the arsenal, it's time to do more weapon headcanons. Deep breath, this is gonna be a romantic poly thing btw. I WOULDN'T actually date inanimate objects though. Still pretending my gun (whom I lovingly named Harlow), my spear (whom I lovingly named Riley), and my chainsaw (who I lovingly named Reese) are actual humanoids.
Headcanons start (mostly Riley):
Enter Riley! The very bane of KQ's existence! They are a spear with sharp canines.
They were found by Harlow and Reese, they all sorta just fell for them.
Riley is a firecracker who has anger problems. They love water and are a swimmer. They only show their sweet side to their partners.
Riley is the biggest cuddle bug of them all and none of their partners mind it at all.
Riley has long hair that they allow their partners to play with.
Riley was only an inch shorter than Harlow at 9'0".
They're spicy and can actually kill KQ if they tried hard enough.
Riley can turn into a spear, just like the other two weapons.
Riley is often the one to pick up Ivy when requested.
Riley has a dainty feminine figure. They're very tall and give in to more feminine things.
Riley's pronouns are they/she. Mostly prefer they/them though.
Riley has a dark and smooth voice with feminine undertones.
Riley is a tsundere. Point blank.
They will not hesitate to attack first, ask questions later.
Most people are scared of Riley.
Riley wears a crop top with leggings. They've got a lot of white and purple clothing.
They have magic.
They turn into a mermaid when they're submerged in water. (Aka. Splashing/dumping water on them won't turn them into a mermaid.)
They don't take kindly to being flirted with, so if you want to escape with your tongue, don't flirt.
They have no real relation to their neighbors, but are friends with Glass and Rof.
Leo and Autumn adore them and often is seen near them. It's probably because they have a mermaid form.
They have a thing with cats.
They are very angry at times. Only their partners can calm them.
Poly Reaper76 and their first holiday season [back] together?
a/n: here you go, sweetie, sorry for the delay in getting this out. i ended the request on a bit of a hopeful note so i hope that’s okay!!
It’s difficult. You could feel the tension in the air, and at the drop of a hat it could all just come back and bite all three of you in the ass. But Jack and Gabe are tired, you’re tired, and despite everything all three of you are trying.
Trying being the keyword, and mostly end up frustrated with the other making you want to tear your hair out.
It’s a rough start, what with getting the three of you into the same home. The same room, or even an arm's length near one another.
Talks of the old happy days make all of you upset, closing yourself off to go and do something else. Wishing that you could all just get along for a few minutes to do something other than just look so sad at what the other has become and what happened in the past.
All three of you note how much colder the separate beds feel when the other’s you’d share it with are so close, yet so far away. None of you are able to get a restful nights sleep.
Not a single one of you will admit that you couldn’t sleep because the beds felt cold and that you missed having the other in the same bed with you. You all just played it off as something else and set about doing whatever was planned for today.
Outings are a little bit nicer, biting tones switched out for something softer, more closer to heart that brings a small to your faces.
Standing there, bags in their hands, banter and words not near as sharp and hateful as usual. You smiled, maybe just maybe everything can work out. This could work out between all three of you again.
Let’s be holding ourselves accountable. You and your partners deserve a realistic expectation of what your relationship can look like.
Checking in with yourself and your partners consistently also means if your physical/mental/emotional availability change for any reason, your relationship can adjust to accommodate your new needs.

Prioritize your comfort. You do not owe a partner access to anything simply because of another partner’s access.

Loving reminder that you’re doing your best. And that your best is enough. ♡ Despite the repeated messaging we receive that “polyamory is just the easy way out of commitment,” we as non-monogamists know that is absolutely not the case. Relationships are hard work, and that does not change as you bring more loving relationships into your life. Some days, finding the right balance of energy for yourself and each of your partners comes easier than others. 🌿 Ask yourself: is your partner punishing you for a ‘mistake,’ or are you punishing yourself? Who benefits from you punishing yourself? What can you do today to show yourself the same empathy you would show your partners? Take a breath. It’s all going to be okay.

[Image Description: A single square image. All text is in lowercase letters and in bold, excluding the “@polyamproud” watermark. The background is white with gray polycule symbols in a repeating pattern. At the top of the image is big, left-aligned white text which reads “there’s no such thing as a perfect partner.” Beneath it is a line graph with 6 different pink points throughout the graph all at varying high and low points with a pink line running from point to point. Each point has the same white text written by it which reads “your best”. Beneath the graph is centered white text which reads “your best will look different each day & in each of your relationships.” Followed by pink text which reads “you’re not perfect. and that’s okay.” At the bottom right corner is the “@polyamproud” watermark with the polycule symbol beside it. Both are in pink and at a lower opacity.

We were feeling a bit burnt out on “polyamory is NOT [fill in the blank.]” Here’s what it IS and why we love it! ~image description below~
