Am working on Kekoa now, Moana’s dragon, with just a little help from Barioth of Monster Hunter, lol. He’s a dragon that used to be a turtle, so he’s got turtle fins, that’s what those are. =3 Also, being a mo’o, Kekoa can change his form at will and make those proper wings whenever he needs them to be. =3
Those spikes on his head and neck can be “fluttered” and shaken, and oftentimes are reflective of his emotion.
So for this RP I’m doing with @ultranos @kalikoke and @raksha-the-demon, I decided to make an original logo for the influential family of my PC and the corporation they own/manage. The name is Tarakona Corporation, and the family is dominantly Polynesian, with their family’s point of origin being Māori New Zealand.
The bottom one is the simplified version for the sake of the company logo, and the top is the actual family symbol. I tried to make it as Polynesian-style in terms of art as I could, but I probably could’ve done better in that regard. =P Regardless, overall, I am very proud of this. There’s nothing quite as satisfying as taking advantage of your college graphic design class. X3
