Scott/Kira/Malia?

Shops for groceries: Scott and Kira love to grocery shop. They always like making each other dishes from their cultures and sharing with each other and have big fun cooking nights!!!! Also Malia will eat literally anything and she loves the smiles she can put on their faces when she eats whatever they make. (Sometimes Malia will get in a mood for something they had ages ago, like, “Kira, can you make that thing you made that one time? It was really really good” and the conversation that ensues is cute and hilarious.)

Kills the spiders: Scott McCall my precious baby darling will scoop up any spider or bug and carry it out the house. He also doesn’t try to scare anyone with bugs if they don’t like them. Kira will be like “Look isn’t this so cool?!” and try to like, put the spider in your hand so you can also see how cool it is. Malia’s not really bothered by insects, but when one is annoying she usually squishes it without hesitation. If she’s ever in the same room as Kira and Scott she’ll take it outside, since it’s important to them. 

Comes home at 3 am drunk: Scott after a night out with the boys. Actually, he probably ends up coming home with Stiles, Isaac, Derek, Boyd, and Liam. Because he loves them so much and he wants them to never ever leave, yknow? Cuz I jus’ love y’guys. Malia drags all the blankets from their room down to the living room so everyone can crash together. 

Makes breakfast: Scott!! He makes the best scrambled eggs.

Decorates the apartment: All three like going out to thrift stores and finding fun things to decorate their apartment with. Malia finds the weirdest stuff.

Sings the most: Kira. Scott likes to hum along to whatever she’s singing. 

Falls asleep first: Scott and Kira tend to fall asleep together first. Malia’s always a little restless around night and after going for a run she’ll barrel into the room and burrow between them.

Holds the umbrella when it rains: None of them can ever keep track of their umbrellas and usually wind up having to run through the rain. Malia likes the rain anyways.

Grumpiest in the morning: Kira before her coffee. Get her her coffee. 

Worries more when the other is sick/hurt: SCott fricken McCall worries so much and is the best boyfriend in the entire world and is such a mother hen when Kira or Malia is sick. Whenever Scott or Kira are sick though, Malia gets super possessive and will wait by their side essentially until they’re better.

Insists on creating nicknames for the others: Once in a blue moon Kira calls Scott ‘Scotty’ and it’s really cute. Usually when she’s really tired and curled into him late into the night. Otherwise they usually just use each others names. I feel like when they’re getting their sexytimes on Scott likes to call Kira his fox. 

Says ‘I love you’ first: Malia. It kind of takes them by surprise one day. She definitely goes to Lydia and demands why she feels so weird and bubbly and fluttery and why her heart beats faster whenever she’s around Kira and Scott. They have a long conversation. When Malia gets back that night, she sits them down and they’re both really worried because Malia’s acting a little out of character and they think it’s something serious. And then she’s bluntly like, “I love you guys. I’m in love with you both.”

Prompt #5

Wild West/Prairie AU, Braeden/Derek/Jordan

Derek is a farmer in the prairie days. He orders a pair of cattle via mail from a magazine advert, and receives a telegram telling him when to pick them up from the train station. Derek shows up and there's no cattle, but there is a couple. They introduce themselves as Jordan and Braeden, and thank him profusely for answering their ad. Derek is super confused, but goes along with it because he can't figure out how to tell them there's been a horrible mistake. When Braeden asks, Derek says he forgot to apply for the marriage license, so it'll be a few days before they can get married. Derek's so mortified that he ends up pretending like this was his plan all along and marries them. It takes him another six months to save up the money he needs to buy those two cattle he'd meant to buy.

This is inspired by a wonderful Derek/Stiles fic, where Derek thought he was getting a mail order bride, but he got Stiles instead. If anyone has a link to that fic, or the title/author, please let me know!

exes meeting again after not speaking for years au - Scott/Malia/Stiles :)

"Listen," Lydia says, flipping through the pamphlets about Feline Leukemia. "Jordan told me she’s back in town."

“She, who?” Scott asks, though the sinking feeling in his stomach gives him an idea.

“Malia.” Lydia frowns, brushing her chin against her shoulder. “You might want to give Stiles a heads up.”

Nodding and pulling his phone out of his pocket, Scott asks, “Did Jordan see Peter with her?”

Lydia shakes her head. “And I called Derek on the way over. He hasn’t heard from Peter since they left.”

“Would Peter have told Derek he was coming?” Scott shuts down the front desk computer and makes sure the answering service has taken over the emergency line for the night. “It’s been almost four years, Lydia.”

Nodding, she leads the way out the door. “I know that Scott. I also know that you and Stiles haven’t been looking for anyone new.”

“So you’ll be alright? With Malia in town?” Lydia approaches her car and leans back against it.

“Yeah.” Scott gives Lydia a wave. “Say hi to Jordan and Derek for me.”

“I will,” Lydia says with a supportive smile.

Scott tries to keep his attention on the road as he drives home, but it’s difficult. He keeps rehearsing what he’s going to say to Stiles, how he’s going to break the news. After Malia left, it was bad, but Stiles took it much worse than Scott did. Scott figured it was because Stiles had always had stronger feelings for Malia. Scott liked Malia. He grew to love her, mostly on the strength of Stiles’ love for her.

The Dear John letter they got three years into their triad relationship kind of put a damper on that feeling.

When Scott gets home, Stiles looks happy. He’s sitting at his laptop with his headphones on, drumming on his desk with a pen, bopping his head in time with the music. God, Scott doesn’t want to ruin Stiles’ day like this. Then again, Scott doesn’t want Stiles learning about Malia’s reappearance from anyone else either.

“Hey,” Scott calls to get Stiles’ attention.

Stiles turns and grins. He shucks his headphones and rolls up onto his feet in a move that Scott knows wouldn’t be half as graceful if Stiles was actually thinking about it. “Hey, babe. You’re home!” Stiles wraps his arms around Scott and gives him a hard, sloppy kiss. When he pulls back, Stiles has his suspicious face on. “Okay. What happened? Did you have to put down a puppy today?”

“No,” Scott assures his boyfriend, settling his hands at Stiles’ waist. “No, I, uh… I got some news.”

Stiles raises an eyebrow. “What news?”

Might as well do it like ripping off a band-aid. “She’s back in town.” Scott hopes his eyes tell the rest of the story, because his mouth doesn’t feel right saying her name.

Stiles’ eyes flick back and forth before he asks, “Malia?”

Letting out a breath, Scott nods. “Deputy Parrish saw her earlier today.”

“And…” Stiles takes a few steps away from Scott, pushing a hand through his hair.

Scott takes a guess at what Stiles means to ask. “No one’s seen Peter.”

Stiles nods, so Scott must have been right.?p> “This is…” Stiles sighs, letting his hands drop to his sides. “This is fucked up.”

“Yeah.”

“I mean…” Stiles huffs and lowers his voice, hissing with anger. “You don’t just leave people like that and then show up again years later. You don’t!”

“You don’t,” Scott agrees, stepping forward and pulling Stiles into his arms. “It’s cruel.” Scott stops himself from thinking about his father.

They see Malia when she approaches them outside the coffee shop the next morning. She gives them a little wave and says, “Hi.”

“Hi?” Scott asks with a scoff. “That’s what y–”

Before Scott can finish his sentence, Stiles has his arms wrapped around Malia. Scott hears Stiles whisper, “God, I missed you.”

“What the hell, Stiles?” Scott cries, pulling on Stiles’ shoulder. “How can you just…”

Malia catches Scott’s gaze. “Scott. I’m sorry. I had to go!”

“We could have helped you!” Scott ignores the way Stiles tries to box Scott in away from Malia. “But you left us. You broke his heart!”

“Scott,” Stiles says sharply, pushing at Scott again. Scott ignores him.

Scott points at Malia over Stiles’ shoulder. “If you think I’m going to let you hurt him again, you’re sadly mistaken!”

Stiles blocks Scott’s view of Malia with his face, and practically screams, “Scott! Lay off her, alright?”

Scott wants to argue, wants to make Stiles see that he can’t trust Malia. They can’t trust someone who leaves, but Scott can’t do it. He hates fighting with Stiles more than anything else in the world. Scott crosses his arms over his chest, coffee cup still in one hand, and glares at Malia. “Fine.”

Malia nods slowly and keeps her eyes on Scott. “Do you guys want to go somewhere and talk? I came back for a reason.”

Scott wants to say to hell with her reason, but Stiles gives Scott this look. Scott has no defenses against the look. He looks away, and sees that some of the people around them are staring, mostly at Scott. He asks Stiles, “Why did I think you’d be the one causing the scene?”

Stiles unfolds Scott’s arms and twines his fingers into Scott’s free hand. “I kinda thought it would be me too. C’mon, let’s see what Malia has to say.”

As Stiles pulls Scott toward the car, Scott looks over his shoulder at Malia. “This better be one hell of a story.”

“Oh, it is,” she says, sticking her hands in her back pockets as she follows them. “Trust me.”

Scott snorts but he doesn’t say anything else. If Stiles wants to hear her out, then they’ll hear Malia out. Scott’s not promising anything more, especially not his trust. Not with Stiles in the line of fire again.
