Watching Adachi’s room getting progressively messier through the episode is just absolutely heartbreaking. There’s more and more on the table, on the floor, on the bed, everywhere.

He’s truly just given up on effort if other people aren’t going to see it. Poor Adachi just tried to shove himself into a corner and hide, like he always does. But this is more than he can hide.
