DC 567: Another Gift to Humanity

Hahaha okay, this is another plotless comic that follows Batman trying to do his job on a rare quiet night in Gotham where he’s not actually needed because turns out the citizens of Gotham can kick ass when they need to XD

There’s a store owner who disarms a mugger 

An old lady who kicks the crap out of a guy who tries to steal her purse

annnnd snarks Batman on top of it lol 

“Make yourself useful and go call a cop.” XD

a cop who successfully saves a kid from committing suicide

then Batman accidentally busts an undercover cop’s 10 year operation thinking it’s a legit drug deal

i love his face in that last panel. 

then he just goes and crashes on a park bench bcuz he has no idea what to do when he’s not kicking ass lol

this inner monologue XD

but then he sees 2 guys chasing a girl through the park. Turns out, they’re all friends and they offer to walk her home safely

a supposed car thief turns out to be locked out of his own car and just trying to get back in

“Justice? Don’t talk to me about justice! There is no justice in the universe!” XD XD XD oh batman 

a suspected burglar turns out to be a security lady replacing a transformer

bonus: sheepish batman 

and finally

batman straight-up busts a guy for littering

after which, he just goes home. 

“Worst night of my life, Alfred. Absolutely, without a doubt, the most miserable night of my life.” 

Hahaha, I loved this comic and had a good laugh from it. I love that Gotham’s citizens can take care of themselves and I just had good time reading it.

OC Boss Brawls

FUN WRITING EXERCISE! Well. Kinda fun. Productive. All theoretical boss fights take place in the Arkhamverse, because why not, basically. Kitty Richardson: the type that sets waves of mooks on you before finally getting frustrated at their failures and coming to deal with you herself. Recommended skill: the Blade Dodge Takedown. In his defense, he's the one most likely to stick to the Buddy System as long as possible. Dove Marquis: N/A. Dove is not picking a fight with Batman. She's not paid enough for that. HOWEVER, there was the time she went off on the guy for 'THIRD TIME THIS MONTH THAT I HAVE TO CALL THE INSURANCE BECAUSE YOU AIM FOR EVERY FUCKING WINDOW' and 'SUE YOU FOR MORE MONEY THAN BRUCE WAYNE HAS EVER SEEN IN HIS GODDAMN LIFE'.
