Ingredients: 8 cups popped popcorn. 1 cup white chocolate chips. 1 cup milk chocolate chips. 1 cup caramel popcorn. 1 cup pretzel sticks. 1/2 cup chopped nuts e.g., almonds or pecans. 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins. Assorted sprinkles and colored sugar for topping.
Instructions: Place the popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl. In separate microwave-safe bowls, melt the white and milk chocolate chips, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over half of the popcorn and the melted milk chocolate over the other half. Toss the popcorn gently to coat it evenly with the melted chocolate. Spread the chocolate-coated popcorn on a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool and harden. Once the chocolate has set, break the popcorn into clusters. Mix in caramel popcorn, pretzel sticks, chopped nuts, and dried cranberries or raisins. Sprinkle assorted sprinkles and colored sugar over the mixture for added fun and flavor. Allow the popcorn mixture to set completely before transferring it to a serving bowl. Your Popcorn Bar Delight is ready to be enjoyed!
