This tasty mix of fresh strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, and crunchy graham crackers will take your popsicle game to the next level. On a hot summer day, these popsicles are a great way to cool off. Both kids and adults will love them.
Ingredients: 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup honey. 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers.
Instructions: In a blender, puree the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined. Layer the strawberry puree and yogurt mixture into popsicle molds, alternating between the two. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers between each layer. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid. Once frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help release the popsicles. Enjoy these delightful popsicles, even better than the camping version!
