Ingredients: 1 lb pork loin, trimmed and cubed. 1 cup peach preserves. 1/4 cup BBQ sauce. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 12 slider buns. 2 cups shredded cabbage. 1 apple, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar. 1 tsp honey. Salt and pepper to taste.

Turn the heat down to low, cover, and cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until the pork is soft and can be shred with a fork.
