Enjoy the succulent flavor of Grilled Pork Chops that have been perfectly seasoned and are topped with a garlic herb butter that will make your mouth water. A simple dish that tastes great any time!
Ingredients: 4 pork chops. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped. 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried thyme, and dried rosemary to the pork chops. Add the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, and chopped fresh chives to a small bowl. This will make the garlic herb butter. To keep the pork chops from sticking on the grill, rub them with olive oil. The pork chops should be grilled for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. Put a small amount of garlic herb butter on each pork chop just before it's done grilling. Let it melt and flavor the chops. Just take the pork chops off the grill and give them a minute to rest. Put a little more garlic herb butter on top of the pork chops when you serve them. For a tasty and hearty meal, try these grilled pork chops with garlic herb butter.
