Finally updating more of the Posi+Fit Yoga challenge
I will post the Yoga Challenge days again soon.
The Power went out but I still managed to do today's Posi+Fit Yoga challenge in the dark :D
I'll be away for a couple of days so I'm sorry that I won't be posting about the Yoga challenge in a while. I'll still do poses during the time I'm away and I will definitely blog about it when I get home. Day 20 of the Posi+fit Yoga challenge!!
Wow! Day 20!
I did heaps of walking today and my legs are extremely tight, it was nice to do these stretching poses after working today.
1. Side-reclining lift
Stretches the backs of the legs
Stretches the sides of the torso
Tones the belly
2. Cat Pose
Stretches the back torso and neck
3. Gate pose
Stretches the sides of the torso and spine
Stretches the hamstrings
Opens the shoulders
Stimulates abdominal organs and lungs
4. Reclining bound angle pose
Stimulates the heart and improves general circulation
Stretches the inner thighs, groins, and knees
Helps relieve the symptoms of stress, mild depression, menstruation and menopause

Day 19 of the Posi+Fit yoga Challenge
1. Seated forward bend
Calms the brain and helps relieve stress and mild depression
Stretches the spine, shoulders, hamstrings
Improves digestion
Helps relieve the symptoms of menopause and menstrual discomfort
Soothes headache and anxiety and reduces fatigue
2. Upward plank pose
Strengthens the arms, wrists and legs
Stretches the shoulders, chest, and front ankles
3. Lion pose
Relieves tension in the chest and face.
4. Scale pose
Strengthens the wrists, arms, and abdomen
Focuses on maintaining balance
