If I control Knowledge Pool and my opponent has Possibility Storm, how do I resolve playing things?
It depends on whose turn it is.
Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, both Possibility Storm and Knowledge Pool will trigger, but the order of those triggers depends on whose turn it is.
If it’s your turn:
Your Knowledge Pool’s trigger goes on the stack first, with your opponent’s Possibility Storm’s trigger above it on the stack.
Possibility Storm’s trigger resolves first, exiling the spell and other cards until a card of the same type is revealed and cast (or not). All cards revealed this way that weren’t cast (including the original spell) are put on the bottom of its owner’s library in a random order.
The spell cast from Possibility Storm’s trigger resolves next.
Knowledge Pool’s trigger goes to resolve but does nothing. The spell that triggered Knowledge Pool is no longer on the stack, so it can’t be exiled and thus the trigger has no effect.
If it’s your opponent’s turn:
Your opponent’s Possibility Storm trigger goes on the stack first, with your Knowledge Pool trigger on the stack above it.
Knowledge Pool’s trigger resolves first, exiles the spell, and allows the spell’s controller to cast another nonland card exiled by Knowledge Pool.
The spell cast off of Knowledge Pool resolves next.
Possibility Storm’s trigger resolves. The spell that triggered it is no longer on the stack, so it can’t be exiled, but that doesn’t matter since doing so isn’t required for Possibility Storm to have its full effect, unlike Knowledge Pool. The game remembers how the original spell looked as it last existed on the stack and uses that information when revealing cards and looking for a new spell to cast (or not.) All cards revealed this way that aren’t cast are put on the bottom of their owner’s library in a random order.
Finally, the spell cast of Possibility Storm resolves.
How does Possibility storm work with Cascade? I need to know for Yidris chaos shenanigans
When you cast a spell with Cascade from your hand, both the cascade trigger and Possibility Storm’s trigger happen. If you control Possibility Storm, then you choose the order in which the triggers go on the stack. If you don’t control Possibility Storm, then the order of the triggers depends on whose turn it is. (If it’s your turn, then Possibility Storm’s trigger will go on the stack above the cascade trigger.) The order of the triggers doesn’t matter, however, since the net result won’t change.
If the Cascade trigger resolves first, then you’ll cascade normally and then do Possibility Storm’s effect normally.
If Possibility Storm’s trigger resolves first, its effect resolves normally. When the cascade trigger goes to resolve, it still knows the CMC of the spell it triggered off of and will use that information to determing the CMC of spell that it will cascade into.
Possibility Storm doesn’t trigger for the free spell off of a cascade trigger because the free spell wasn’t cast from a player’s hand.
If I cast a spell with conspire while Possibility Storm is in play, does the copy resolve?
Yes. The copy will be unaffected by Possibility Storm.
Hi, I was the one who asked about perplexing chimera, possibility Storm, and cascade, sorry for the lack of details. Let's say that I control possibility storm and the cascade spell and an opponent controls the chimera. I hope this is enough info, thanks again
Sure, so Chimera’s ability will resolve first and they can exchange Chimera for the spell if they want to.
But they shouldn’t, because Possibility Storm is going to put that spell back into your library when its trigger resolves and gives you a new spell.
If your opponent doesn’t exchange Chimera for the original spell, then it will trigger again on the Possibility Storm spell as well. It will also trigger for the Cascade spell, which won’t trigger possibility storm since you didn’t cast it from your hand.

Sorry about the earlier confusion. How do Mishra, Artificer Prodigy and Possibility Storm interact when I play artifacts from my hand. I believe I get two artifacts for the price of one if I stack the triggers correctly, but I'm having a difficult time communicating how to my playgroup.
Right, so...
When you control both Mishra and Possibility Storm and cast an artifact spell, both of them will trigger. For your combo to work, you want to put Possibility Storm’s trigger on the stack above Mishra’s trigger.
Possibility Storm’s trigger will resolve first and give you a new artifact (or maybe creature if it was an artifact creature) and then tuck the original artifact on the bottom of your library with the other revealed cards.
Mishra’s trigger then resolves and lets you search your library and other places for a card with the same name as the one that just got shunted onto the bottom. (Yes, he remembers what spell it was.) And guess what? He finds it there and slaps it down onto the battlefield shiny and new for you to play with.
So yeah, that’s how your combo works. :)
