So, we know our dear Lou is a hint God, right? So, based on all the little things (heh) that we got so far any theories on a possible name for LT2?
Yeah, Louis loves games. But he’s also not super obvious - so I’d say it’s not Faith in the Future or Believe or 369. It’s not Change.
But he says that he already has an idea for the title.
And based on these two answers to fans:
… the title is contained within these cryptic puns. Even though they are framed as rhetorical answers, both tweets refer to parts of speech— specifically, the subject of a sentence, and a pronoun.
“Subjective”-> pertaining to the subject of a sentence.
“Sounds like a question for yourself”-> the “subject” of the sentence could be a pronoun, possibly in second person (“You”) or first person (“Me” or “Myself,” or even “Louis Tomlinson”).
369 has been interpreted as various meanings, including numerology, but I’ll consider the relationship to his merch, as well as to his timeline. Since he followed Elon Musk of Tesla to let us know that 369 is related to Tesla’s theory, I think the album had to do with self-actualization and manifestation. — So we circle back to “Me,” “Faith in myself.”
Louis has been listening to the Beatles and thinking about Yoko Ono’s artwork, which is ALSO about the power of positivity and actualization. “Fucking go on then,” is a humorous way to put it.
As time has gone on and I see how much hard work goes into the specifics and the technicalities of singing, you see that very rarely is it a God-given talent, a lot of the time it is work and it is confidence.
You remind yourself— I am no different to them. I am human just the same as them. And so I can do my version of what they do.
Maybe it’ll be “Louis Tomlinson.” And maybe, “This Is Me,” or “Me.”
Or… alternatively, Us.
