Based on my searches so far I can't find anything that matches this description. However, it might be possible that the requester is mixing up the details of two separate fics: here's one where Tim is attacked by his parents and makes the journey to the Batfam with Selina being present (which is more likely to be what they're looking for). It doesn't match the description because Tim is never pushed out the window (that's his escape route), and impalement is only used in the context of him falling over while trying to climb a wall:

But, here's a fic where Tim does get pushed out a window by his parents, and is heavily implied to have landed on a garden spike (it's acknowledged that he's been stabbed but Tim is confused and it's not clarified explicitly how he got that wound). He still makes the way to the Batfam, but Selina is not present, so while I don't think it's what they're looking for they might have read it and mixed up some of the details?
