Take care of yourself
After another 70+ hour/week over several months between work and grad school, the semester is finally over, and I went out and celebrated with a ~3 hour workout! Somehow I’ve consistently made it to the gym for seven months in a row and maintained a 4.0 with (some of) my sanity intact. I feel amazing!

After finishing at the gym, my normal weekend involves my little fluffball. I come home and normally head straight back out for his morning walk! Can you tell his excitement?
It’s a good way to stretch out my legs and cool-down my muscles properly. I normally feel it less the next day if I do something as gentle as walking compared to when I just collapse in the house and then not move again.
My brunch then turns to oats. Pack in that fibre again in the morning, adding some grapes and a drizzle of honey for sweetness. Semi-skimmed milk for me.
