About gameplays of my games
I sometimes get comments about this, so I thought I'd make it more clear for those who are confused or other reasons.
If you want to make a gameplay of one of my games but don't have a way to add your voice in it (either because you don't have a headset, because you're shy, or any other reason), you can always add WRITTEN commentary in the form of subtitles. Some silent creators do that and I have no problem with that at all.
My issue is SOLELY with playthroughs that don't have ANY kind of transformative content. That's akin to re-uploading my games and I'm absolutely NOT okay with that.
I don't work my ass off making games just so someone can re-upload them on Youtube without adding anything new to it. That is basically profiting off my work.
In fact, I believe Youtube's new policy states that videos can now be reported for low effort repetitive content.
If you want to make gameplays of my games, that's awesome and I welcome it and really appreciate it, but ONLY if you add commentary to them (either written in the form of subtitles or voiced.)
