more hogwarts au trash that no one asked for - now featuring More Than Two Characters.

 some v basic, not entirely decided-upon backstory below:

vastra, jenny, clara and ahildr all went to hogwarts around 15 years before the class kiddos, jo about 30-40 years before (spot the unit dating controversy joke)

vastra’s house was attacked by death eaters when she was a kid, only she survived and she got a bunch of burn scars. she uses a charm to hide them most of the time (aka: how can i fit vastra’s perception filter into this au???’)

quill lead a rebellion against the ministry because of their pure-blood orientated attitudes, ended up killing some particularly bigoted ministry officials. she didn’t get sent to azkaban, because (after a little persuasion from hogwarts headmistress professor ames), the wizengamot decided that her reasons were pretty justified, and she didn’t technically use any unforgivable curses, so, who cares. she still got her wand broken though, and was forced to work as the astronomy professor at hogwarts. she’s pretty pissed about it.

ashildr’s a year younger than clara. that’s p much all i got. i apologise.
