I just signed up for an exercise class called Pound at the Cudahy Rec. Department. This was per a recommendation of a friend of mine - and quite honestly - I had no clue what the class was about. Completely out of the loop. All I knew that I wanted to take an exercise class (I need to lose my winter weight) and I got an invitation to go with someone.
Okay, that said - despite the worry that I may fall on my face - or accidentally throw a drum stick - or that I might get distracted singing to AC/DC - this is probably the most fun exercise class I have taken ever.
