thanks for all the love on these stupid ppt doodles lately, its been really nice to see that people actually like what i do in the midst of my hyperfixation. shout out to @jelliouscraft - she makes awesome art and left a really nice comment that actually encouraged me to post this, lol (dont think i didnt see her also going through and liking all my posts. thats so nice im still kinda crying oml). still scraping that other drawing, though, so not gonna finish it. might post anyway cause im a masochist like that.
one way or another - im still bored out of my mind and cant wait to see my friends again. the two weeks i havent seen them for have felt like an actual eternity, and the fact that my parents have had their own friends over while im crying alone cause i miss my friends has not been helping. im just ranting now - eh, thats what i use this account for anyway.
im gonna draw something else again i think, mostly cause i really like drawing the doctor and the prototype so i see no reason not to continue. i might be back with more doodles tomorrow, i dont really know. either way, have this stupid doodle of the prototype with a bunch of really high looking toys and the doctor being a tired father again.

I have been obsessed with Poppy playtime for a bit and was inspired by @ajoure to make my own Harley!!!!
I am planning on making a little mini comic with ajoure's Harley meeting my Harley but with how bad I am at comic projects I don't know when it'll actually be done
AN: For context, in my human AU, the Smiling Critters are 5-7yrs old while the Nightmare Critters are 15-16yrs old.
The teenage girl was sleeping in her bed, sleep mask over her eyes, skull shaped bonnet on her head to cover her black hair, dressed in matching black night clothes. She was curled up, wrapped around a pillow, cuddling it like her life depended on it, black blankets wrapped around her body like a lifeline.
Perhaps it was.
"BABA!"
How else is she suppose to deal with her obnoxiously loud and annoying little brother?
"BABA!" He screamed, jumping on her bed, shaking her, "BABA! BABA!"
She put her hand to his face, a silent protest to his yelling.
"SIS! SIS! SIS! WAKE UP, YOU GOTTA WAKE UP!"
"Five more minutes..." She curled more into her pillows.
"NO WAY, NO! WAY!" He laughed as if this was funny, "Mom and Dad are gone which means we gotta get up! And we gotta walk to the bus stop!"
"I can sleep an extra minute or two..."
"NOOOOOOOO! Rabie and Crafty are gonna be here soon! And if Rabie sees your sleeping, she'll get mad! And if she gets mad, she's gonna take me to the bus by herself! And if she does that, you won't wake up in time! And if you don't wake up in time, you'll be late! And if you're late, you'll get another tardy! And if you get another tardy, you'll get DETENTION! And if you get detention, Mom and Dad will be maaaaaaaaaad!"
"Dogday, I do not have the words to express how deeply I do not care."
"ALRIGHT, ALRIGHT!" Baba hissed, finally sitting up. She looked at the five year old, who smiled brightly at her, not understanding the issue. He had orange hair, matching orange eyes with her. He wore an orange shirt with a sun design on it, a dark orange jacket wrapped around his waist, yellow shorts, and orange and yellow shoes.
"Get outta my room so I can change." Baba said.
He puffed out his cheeks, shaking his head.
"You wanna see me naked?"
"You're trying to trick me! You're just gonna go back to bed if I leave!"
"Damn, you're good."
"HEY! Bad word!"
"You drive a hard bargain, you know that?"
"What's that mean?"
"Don't worry about it. For real, get outta my room, I'll get my things."
Dogday stared at her, his light orange eyes not trusting her.
"I promise."
Dogday hesitantly got off Baba's bed, slowly backing up. He slowly got out of Baba's room, standing outside the doorframe, looking at her skeptically. Baba threw her legs over her bed and grabbed her black backpack before going to her bathroom. She brushed her teeth before walking outside her room, where Digday was still waiting.
"See? All done."
"Yaaaaaay!" He giggled, skipping to the couch.
Baba shut her bedroom door and walked to the couch as well. Dogday sat in front of it, watching TV before they had to leave as Baba laid on the couch.
She closed her eyes, A few more minutes wouldn't hurt...
Next thing she knew, she was being shaken awake.
"Nnnngh-! Dogday-!" Baba opened her eyes, then widened them upon seeing who was in front of him, "...Oh, hi Rabie."
Said girl had pink eyes with white hair, pulled back into a high ponytail with a pink bow holding it up, blood drop earrings hanging from her ears. She wore a black sleeveless high neck shirt under a off the shoulder pink sweater that had bat wings connected to it, a pink skirt, red leggings, and pink heels.
Rabie put her hands on her hips, glaring down at Baba, "What are you wearing?!"
"...Clothes."
"You are still in pajamas, Baba!"
"So what?"
She pinched her temples as she groaned, "Ugh, we don't have time to wait for you to change..."
"Catnap wears his pajamas to school all the time."
"Catnap is six and in kindergarten! You are sixteen and a sophomore in high school!" Rabie grabbed her arm and pulled her up, "Whatever! I don't care! If you get a write up, it's your own fault!" She turned, "Dogday, Crafty! Come on!"
Craftycorn, who went by Crafty for short, had light blue hair with rainbow colored eyes. She wore a simple white dress with a paint splatter design on it and light blue flats.
The two kids turned off the TV before running to the door, bags on their shoulders. Rabie grabbed Baba's bookbag and shoved it at her, Baba throwing it over one shoulder as Rabie did the same. The kids smiled brightly, ready to go.
The four left the house, Baba locking the door before they walked to the bus stop. As they waited, Rabie took out a small compact mirror and blush, gently applying it to her cheeks.
"Sis, what're you doing?" Crafty asked.
"Makeup, because I didn't have time to finish it at home."
"Yeah, but you're already so pretty! Why do you need it?"
Rabie softened a bit, gently petting her sister's head, "Because I like it. You don't need to do makeup to look pretty, sometimes it's just nice and fun to do."
Crafty nodded, smiling, "That makes sense! I hope I'll be as pretty as you when I'm older!"
"Oh, you absolutely will." Rabie knelt down and showed the mirror off to Crafty, putting their faces together, "We are the prettiest girls in the world!"
Crafty giggled, nodding excitedly.
Rabie stood up and continued applying foundation before taking out her blush.
Baba gently nudged Dogday, "Hey, am I pretty?"
Dogday shrugged, "When you dress nice."
"Brat!" She ruffled his hair, earning a laugh.
The bus finally came and Dogday ran onto the bus, Crafty getting on after him, then Baba, then Rabie. The two kids sat next to one another as the two teens sat close by. Baba leaned against the window and closed her eyes, falling asleep once more. Rabie continued doing her make up, giving herself white glittery eyeshadow, black mascara, black winged eyeliner, and pink lipstick.
She finished just in time, as the bus began pulling into the school's parking lot. She put all of her things away and shook Baba awake. Once the bus stopped, they got off, waiting for their little siblings to get off as well before they began walking towards the school.
Baba sighed and Rabie rolled her eyes, muttering, "There he goes."
Dogday ran up and wrapped his arms around the other boy's neck, his older sibling rolling their eyes as well. The boy was wearing a purple onesie that had a yellow crescent moon on it, a purple hood with purple cat ears, a purple cat tail, and yellow slippers. The boy had purple hair that was pulled into two cat ear buns, his bangs falling into his face, and purple eyes. The other boy smiled brightly, hugging Dogday back. Dogday then easily picked Catnap up, beginning to ramble about whatever was on his mind.
Crafty giggled as she skipped up to the two, saying, "Good morning, Catnap! Good morning, Poe!"
"Morning, kid." The older sibling, Poe, responded.
They had dark skin with purple hair, a darker purple beanie and jacket. They had a lighter purple dress with black leggings, purple flats, and black headphones with a storm cloud and lightening bolt design on the headphone.
Poe looked up, purple eyes meeting Rabie and Baba as they walked over, "Morning, guys. Baba still can't get dressed."
"Neither can Catnap."
"Catnap is six and in kindergarten, it's less embarrassing for him."
"Whatever." She rolled her eyes and glanced at the younger kids. Catnap was happy to be carried, wrapped around Dogday, who held him up like it was nothing, Crafty beside them and laughing, "Oi, kids!" The three looked at her. Baba ruffled Dogday's hair, "Be good, all of you. Dogday, Crafty, you know the drill, wait for Rabie and I outside and then we'll catch the bus."
"Kay! Bye, Baba, love you!" Dogday exclaimed as he ran towards the elementary school, still holding Catnap, who waved at Poe.
"Bye, Rabie! Have a good day, love you!" Crafty turned to following them, skipping her way to school.
"Be careful!" Rabie called, "Love you too!"
Poe motioned to their high school, "Let's go, I'm sure the other's are waiting."
"Yas, let's! Maggie still has my blue eyeliner and I need that back!"
Baba followed the two, a single thought going through her head.
Time for another oldie: the first time I ever drew Harley Sawyer, as well as the first time I drew Yarnaby or Baba. Man, the amount of time I spent working on Harley's body, redrawing parts (like his hands and feet) when I got additional screenshots, and the absolute PAIN of re-inking tiny little robot details after I'd colored. But, I still think it was well worth it. I can look back on this piece and see where I've improved overall as an artist, and appreciate my skills in different mediums.
