PR in deadlifts yesterday 😎 545 went up pretty smooth. Next goal is 6 plates. Bulk seems to be working. Strength slowly increasing.

XC update!
So we had our county division meet this past weekend, where you need to place top 10 in your division to move on as an individual to our county meet of champions. I ended up getting 7th with a time of 21:12!! (It was a pretty massive pr, my old pr was 22:16.) The race just really boosted my confidence and I'm really excited to see what I'll do from now until the end of the season. Also 2 weeks ago I placed 4th at our league meet, which means a 1st team all league title! I'm just really happy and pleasantly surprised with how my season is going, and I'm so excited to see how the next few weeks will go.
Workout Log 4/25/14
Deadlift Day! Deadlift: 350x3.5, 300x5 It fucking kills me that I couldn't lock out that 4th rep at 350! I was almost there and my grip gave out before the rest of me did!!! ARRRRRRRGH!!! Pause Squats: 245x6x4 Bare bell bent rows: 135x10x4 Ab roller: 20x3 Standing calf raises: 120x20x3 The only good thing I see out of this is that A) I hit a plateau for deads and I know where I need to improve and B) next time up I will repeat my attempts at 350!
Zerrie keeps getting faker and faker with the month lol I just wish management wouldn't destroy Zayn's image for publicity for LM. The cheating rumors have been there ever since they started 'dating' ( Aug 2012. Also the same month Zayn deleted his twitter for like a day and was noticeably skinnier :/ ) And then the latest ' cheating scandal ' when like 2 days later Zayn was spotted with bandages.. These poor fucking boys - sighs -
