Yoon Seungho 🌸
I was feeling a little down in the past days, so I tried to sketch my favourite, sad wizard seeking comfort in cuddling his magical cat.
(I’m not really an artist, so posting this online is quite scary. I hope you guys like it even though I know that I still have to learn a lot. I am actually quite proud of this, considering that I rarely draw anything ever.)
Why is your art style so perfect??? Like, how did you achieve goddess tier drawing?
Wow thank you so much !!!
When Im famous none of you say anything about the 241k words ive collectively put on ao3
Here’s the stuff I’ve done this month and haven’t posted. The first one is from the beginning of the month when I was experimenting with cartoon styles and more action poses. The image is modeled off the song BTSK by ms mr. The next two are of War Mother. Who is Widow Queen’s guardian or protector. And also her lover. I honestly like the uncolored one better. And I struggled a lot with the outfit for her. I still don’t like how it turned out. But I struggled even more with the colors for it. I was having a tough day that day. I considered not posting it but decided I’m not going to be afraid of my mistakes so. Then the last image is one I did today. I don’t really have a story to go with these characters. They sort of started as just me scribbling and letting my hand sort of do what it wanted. But I decided to turn them into a semi-finished piece. I’ve been working on things like perspective and trying to do more detail in clothing and also facial expressions. And while doing this the actual style in which I draw people has begun to fluctuate. It gets sort of ugly and then sort of cool looking so I’m just going to let it work out until it develops on it’s own into something I like. I’m going to keep practicing and trying different things until I get to a place where I’m drawing with satisfaction and pride. While at the same time not being afraid to draw something ugly. Because some days ugly happens. And that’s okay. Anyway, I know this was long. Sorry about that. I hope everyone had a good weekend. Ydra
Practice is key.
How do people even line so nicely in ink?? What do I need to sacrifice???
