Good morning
Happy Hanukkah
I love the fall and it’s weather
Had an amazing fishing trip this past weekend. Went to Wisconsin to fish and it was worth it! Best captain and charter company I’ve been out with so far!
My big boy. I’ve waited since 14 and my dream came true
Healing happens when you can admit you were wrong too. Unresolved anger issues will carry over into your next relationship, if you don’t deal with them. There’ll be times where you wish you could go back: Don’t. There’ll be time when you want to allow bitterness to take over your speech: Don’t. There’s gonna be a whole lot of days of dysregulation but you have to keep pushing forward. You’ll get to the end of the pain and be able to live and thrive like never before but you hve to keep doing the work that gets you to that point. READ some self help psychology books, see a therapist that is actually going to help you work through those issues and not just try to diagnose you and shove pills down your throat. You’ll be surprised what you dig up and start to heal from. It Didn’t Start With You by Mark Wollyn, is suggestion for that first read. You will find some freedom right away!!

Sometimes the only way to know what your doing wrong in a relationship, is to have the other person want to leave you. A person who can introspectively look at themselves and recognize their part, and begin to work in themselves, is one who will find ❤️🩹 healing, the right way. One that doesn’t, will carry their past trauma and baggage, into the next relationship and destroy again. You’d be surprised how much of your past hurts have made you make some bad decisions. Everyone has arrested development in some areas of their lives. You can heal but you have to be willing to tell yourself the truth and deal with the stuff head on. It may take a while but don’t take too long. Apologize, confront, and even accept responsibility for your part; if there is ‘your part’. Free yourself
