Cleansing the space at the #byronyogacentre for the #pranavinyasa teacher training for @shivarea108. Palo Santo which has been used for centuries by the Incas and indigenous people of the Andes as a remedy for purifying. Smells pretty yummy. Thx to @bentregear for the pic 👍🏻💪🏻

As my teacher and friend @shivarea108 departs Sydney to go home I reflect on our last month together travelling India and Australia. With all the trainings, the Yoga and the laughs, it really has been an honour to anchor and assist. Through my teacher @shivarea108 and her method of #pranavinyasa I have tuned in not just to the movement of my body through transitions of asana, but I also tune in to my surroundings. In doing so I am both my surroundings and my body at the same time. My environment is not separate from me. My breath is the air around me, my hands and feet caress the earth in mutual recognition.
