Dead End:

Marvel Dead End: located in Polyhex(initially Decepticon-held)

Idw G1 Dead End: located in Rodion (where Orion Pax, who is from Iacon was working and held the position of captain when he found Drift, who is FROM RODION and where Ratchet's clinic is located)

Dead End: the guy (Decepticon) who joined Megatron in Kaon therefore we either assume he is from Kaon or that he was there for personal reasons.

Conclusion: the dead end is not in Iacon.

Jazz:

IDW JAZZ IS FROM STANIZ NOT POLYHEX

Marvel Jazz is not from Polyhex, but he was deep in Decepticon territories with the rest of his team in Yuss, which is in the STANIZ REGION specifically.

Aligned Jazz emerged from the well of All Sparks. Works in Iacon.

WHIRL IS FROM POLYHEX

Conclusion: Jazz is not from Polyhex.

Praxus:

BLUESTREAK IS FROM PRAXUS (toy bio/g1 marvel/idw 2005/eberything regarding him starts from this city literally it's been in his lore since the beginning)

Nightbeat(who's from Yuss in idw 2005) was working in Praxus and there he met Prowl (idw 2019)

Prowl IN IDW 2005 IS FROM PETREX

JAZZ IS NOT FROM PRAXUS EVER

Prowl in the aligned continuity WORKED IN PRAXUS (Bluestreak is however from Praxus probably since there he met Prowl and then died off-world in Archon)

EDIT: PROWL IS FROM PRAXUS ONLY IN THE DREAMWAVE CONTINUITY

Conclusion: PROWL IS NOT PRAXIAN(in every continuity but Dreamwave). He has worked there. BLUESTREAK IS FROM PRAXUS AND IS THEREFORE PRAXIAN(always). However, in the idw 2019 and Marvel comics and aligned continuity, it is never explicitly said where he's from. Prowl being fanonically Praxian is however stolen valor(except for dreamwave)(j)(fuck)

I am being pedantic idc if you want to make Jazz from Polyhex and Prowl from Praxus etc. But it is not canonical and this is a way to talk about Cybertronian Geography.

So i was thinking, and I’m not even sure how my brain made this connection, but in my little pony the crystal empire ponies have that shiny crystal look thanks to the crystal heart,and also that effect can even change the appearance of other ponies who aren’t from the empire, that’s what I remember to double-check I overlooked the crystal empire episode.

But I also vaguely remember that you could get that crystal look through a spa treatment?? anyway—

What I’m saying with this is, thinking about the crystal empire reminded me of praxus.

I have no idea how canon or fanon it is that praxus is related to crystals, or whether “crystal gardens” even exist in the transformers universe or is pure fanfiction.

But like… picture it. imagine a praxus where it’s completely normal for its residents and enforcers to have this crystalline finish that the ponies from crystal empire have, and mechs who visit the city can go to a special spa to get a temporary crystal coat too.

Another option is that the crystal finish is exclusive to the elite—only the mechs with a ton of shanix can afford it. but honestly I’m leaning more toward it being a natural trait of praxians, and if they don’t take care of it, it dulls and they end up looking like everyone else finish.

With the war, the praxians who survived obviously stopped caring about their appearance—there were more important things going on than polishing your armor.

When they get to earth, the war starts dying down, battles are rare, there’s a truce, peace talks… and it’s finally time to reconnect with their roots.

Smokescreen convinces Prowl and Bluestreak to have a spa day and get their crystal finish back. Blue, being so young when praxus fell, never actually learned how to take proper care of his armor, so Smoke and Prowl teach him everything.

Cue the shock between both factions when the praxians show up basically glittering like they did in the old days. it’s been so many millennials that everyone forgot how unique praxians really were—and how stunning their crystal finish could be.

The Praxian Brothers (Sparkling Version)

Bluestreak His horns are set a bit lower and have rounded tips. He has a very gentle, innocent-looking face.

Prowl For some reason, he looks angry, even as a sparkling.

Smokescreen Despite being a sparkling, he already has a mischievous, smirking expression on his face.

Aaaaand there's Barricade

He looks the most like Prowl out of everyone.

Although both of them would deny it with every fiber of their being, the physical similarity is undeniable.

He is pure evil! (Or at least, he likes to think he is.)

Barricade is currently orchestrating a high-stakes heist. His mission? To steal and eat the Energon cookie that Optimus Prime gave to Prowl! He’s currently lurking in the shadows, waiting for the perfect moment to strike.

EVIL!

Sparkling Prowl is trying to eat a whole Energon ice cream by himself, while Smokescreen and Bluestreak try to stop him from eating it all!

This is how I pictured the Praxian trio's appearance while writing this story.

It's a story about Optimus finding three Praxian orphans and spending their first holiday together.

Inspired by the amazing AUs I’ve seen from @keferon, here’s one of my own!!!

Jazz is a Prince in the kingdom of Polyhex, a smaller kingdom on Cybertron, compared to the larger kingdoms like Iacon and Kaon. He prefers traveling as more of a Bard to being a prince, however.

Prowl is a cop, a detective, from the kingdom of Praxus. He’s tasked with finding a traitor to the crown of Polyhex- Praxus’ most recent alliance. All clues point to the only other surviving member of the Polyhexian royal family- Jazz.

Sacred Scales

Jazz walked through the ruins of a Polyhexian city. He mourned still the loss of his father’s kingdom to the Cyberplague that had ravaged Cybertron only fifteen years ago. As the youngest of the King’s sons, he really held no importance in the family hierarchy, but he didn’t mind that. He preferred it, actually. It was quieter, less formal- he couldn’t stand politics. Not his thing. Jazz loved music, traveling, and meeting new dragons. It was how he survived the plague that had destroyed Polyhex. He hadn’t been there at the time. It hurt, knowing that he was one of under 200 Polyhexians who had survived. His older brother, Ricochet, had also survived, and now ruled over the small city that they had rebuilt.

But Ricochet had decided Jazz was a threat to the crown, and banished him from the city- from the little territory he controlled.

Jazz didn’t mind, not that much. There wasn’t anyone left for him. Their parents were dead, along with all his friends. So, he went back to traveling. Looking for any other survivors of Polyhex. He earned as much Shanix as he could from playing music at the towns he stopped at, using… rather creatively made instruments. He didn’t sing, though, which didn’t really help his ‘career’. He never sang, not anymore.

Not since the Fall of Polyhex.

Never again did he want to sing, and be reminded of those he lost

Prowl was tasked with finding a Traitor. He wasn’t sure what to make of it. Praxus and Polyhex had only just become allies, after all. But the new King of Polyhex had said this would secure the alliance for hundreds of years to come, and Praxus’ own Ruler had agreed to help.

Prowl didn’t understand why, exactly, that his ruler was so desperate for the alliance. Polyhex was weak, a fraction of what it had been before the Cyberplague. But he had his orders, and he was going to complete them. He always had, and he always will. It was his job. What he was born for.

He liked his job.

He felt useful.

He didn’t question why he was sent to track down and investigate the remaining Polyhexian Prince. Just went.

He was loyal. All calculations pointed to being promoted exponentially when he completed this assignment— and his calculations were never wrong. His TacNet assured that.

He would find the traitor.

And he’d bring them to justice.

Prowl: ... That day when Praxus was bombed by the Decepticons and 90% of it's population wiped away... A part of me was wiped away too. Ironhide: Yeah I know. Prowl: No, you really don't... Ironhide: ...?

Prowl: I live in Praxus through my entire sparkling upgrades and my adult upgrades... Then I was shipped away to Iacon to be Sentinel Prime's assistant. He rarely let me leave to visit Praxus. Then after Sentinel, Zeta was the new Prime. And in my nativity I thought Zeta would be different. I never got to see Praxus with him in charge. Ironhide: Have you talk to anyone else about this? Maybe Optimus? Prowl: No. It will only put more guilt on him. Ironhide: All right, I'll listen, only if I get to slap you in the future for doing something stupid. Prowl: Sure. Continuing, once Optimus got put in charge I became too busy with everything and helping. Then the bombs fell on Praxus... Ironhide: ... Prowl: ... I never got a chance to go back... listen to the crystals sing... the energon crystal ponds... It was so beautiful... and it was ripped away from me right as I had it in my servos. Ironhide: And that's where all you're kindness and leniency for the Decepticons left. Prowl: They took my home... and now I can never go back. I see myself as a reasonable mech and non-judgmental but my patience, my kindness, has failed me. I crashed that day. I know I did... Ironhide: We all thought you weren't going to wake up with how hard and long you crashed for. Prowl: I want to wipe them off this planet.

Basing on avian courting for Vos and Praxus culture;

(Using terms carrier and sire class to make this more make sense lmao)

Sires would tend to done on more bright and colorful paints as well as additional aesthetic or functional kibbles, aesthetic appeal would be one of the attraction points for the carrier class

As for carriers, they would have bland color schemes or monochromatic, they would have color as they would like but not as flamboyant nor bright as the sire class.

Carriers are more reluctant in taking in a junxie, they have the standards which Sires would try to reach and surpass for their intended.

For the Praxus Police, They still use the standard black and white uniform and decals but they use kibbles for differentiation.

So Prowl and Jazz being mistaken and assumed as two carriers in a bond in Praxus but in reality Polihex has a different conformity lmao

Barricade is another bot that shares the same mold as Prowl just like Bluestreak and smokescreen. Tho his characterization is a tad more inconsistent

Sometimes he's a baddie. Sometimes he's more grey. Tho he tends to be a con more often than not.

Just saying he could be an interesting addition to the whole dynamic going on here with the praxians since all the other known living praxians are autobots (Prowl, smokescreen, bluestreak) so barricade being either a con or unaffiliated could be interesting. Especially if he has his own hang ups regarding praxus that come into conflict with the brothers more resigned attitude toward the whole thing.

Whether he's a con or unaffiliated would probably change exactly how he thinks about Praxus, but the point is he definitely thinks about it.

My own dark idea is that he actively wants to breed new praxians and tries very hard to encourage prowl, smokescreen, and bluestreak to, y'know, work with him a little here.

(the fact that he's twice smokescreens age doesn't occur to him as a hinderance and his failure to consider that turns Prowl against him pretty quickly.)
