lol I spent way too much time with this. Ignore the fact I don't know how to color or even really do gray scale.
Minus the shooting, this is based on something that happened to me IRL while talking with a friend. For reasons I will not get into because it's a whole story in and of itself, in college I ended up with this 24 oz monster in my fridge, that I didn't want. So I was lamenting to my friend about it because I didn't want to be wasteful, and she was like "You have a monster in your fridge?"
"Yeah, a giant one. You want it?"
"A giant monster?"
And it took way too long to clarify I was talking about the drink and not like, a real monster.
And the joke with Nero not knowing what an energy drink is is that energy drinks feel too modern to exist on Fortuna, so I imagine they begrudgingly allow coffee and tea, but there's no way they're importing redbulls or monsters. Nero does end up liking them because him crushing energy drinks while Nico smokes while they travel with the mobile devil may cry is absolutely the road trip aesthetics my friend has had.
