Prehevil
You found them, the little idiots, in a corner of an alley way. It stunk of rot and piss, the smell making your skin crawl. And yet they slumbered like babies, unaware of your disapproving glare. You supposed you couldn’t blame them, they were kids after all. Thrust into this fucked up world with nothing more than a prayer. And you knew that praying did fuck all these days. Truth was better, more tangible. A lie you told yourself as you squatted beside them to keep watch, going back over the notes you had taken. If you made it out of Prehevil, you were going to write one hell of a report. And if you didn’t…. You hoped one of the kids would at least get your journal to your editor. Posthumous publishing and all that.

El viernes fuí a ver el brutalista con uno de mis mejores amigos, honestamente no me gustó mucho la pelicula, insiste sobre si misma. Pero me dejó pensando en la belleza de los edificios, y recordé esta torre vieja en el barrio donde vivo, no se si será de estilo brutalista pero creo que tiene su toque aunque sea una forma derruida.
Y despues de tomar la foto no pude dejar de pensar que esta torre y el edificio abandonado facilmente podrian pasar por una zona de Prehevil del Funger 2 pero con menos arboles, no se si eso es peor o mejor 😭🙏🏼
Last Friday I went to see the brutalist with one of my best friends, honestly I didn't like the movie, it insists upon itself, but it left me thinking about the beauty of the buildings, and I remembered this old tower in the neighborhood where I live, I don't know if it's a brutalist style but I think it has its touch even in kinda broken way.
And after taking the picture I can't stop thinking that the tower and the abandoned building nearby could easily pass for a Prehevil area of Funger 2 but with less trees, I don't know if that's worse or better 😭🙏🏼
