This is a quick and easy chocolate cake recipe that you can make in a pressure cooker. It's great for decorating with your new cake decorating tools.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup warm water.
Instructions: Put flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. To the dry ingredients, add the eggs, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil. Mix the ingredients together well. Slowly add warm water to the batter while mixing it all together. Make sure the cake pan that fits in your pressure cooker is greased. Spoon the batter into the pan that has been greased. Tap the pan to get rid of any air bubbles. Put the trivet inside the pressure cooker and add one cup of water. Be careful when putting the cake pan on the trivet inside the pressure cooker. There are 25 minutes of high pressure cooking. Close the lid and set the timer. Let the pressure naturally drop for 10 minutes after the cooking time is up, then quickly release the rest of the pressure. Remove the cake from the pressure cooker with care, and let it cool down before decorating it.
