i’ve always been an overthinker. like… painfully so. i can’t just believe something unless i’ve seen it, touched it, questioned it, broke it down, rebuilt it again, and maybe cried a little in between. people say “just affirm” like it’s the easiest thing ever but my brain? it never shuts up. it wants logic, reason, proof something
but here’s the thing that changed everything for me: you don’t have to fight that part of yourself. you don’t have to silence your thoughts or pretend to be some delusional version of yourself who never doubts anything. you just have to realize that overthinking doesn’t make you powerless it makes you aware.
your thoughts don’t have to be perfectly clean to create your dream life. you just need to know that even if your mind’s loud, you’re still the one thinking. and that means you’re still in control
ok so listen, the reason a lot of people overthink loa is because they make it way too complicated. like 3d, 4d, timelines, desired reality, current reality… babe. no. forget all that. the only thing that matters is you and your mindset. that’s literally it.
“can you still think about normal life stuff?”
yes. obviously. you’re human. you can still study, clean, scroll, exist. that doesn’t mean you “lost” your manifestation.
what matters is how you see yourself while doing it. if you already have your desire, then you live from that version. not waiting, not begging just existing normally but with that quiet knowing.
you don’t need to be a robot repeating affirmations 24/7.
you just need to know it’s done.
“what about 3D/4D, instant shifts, all that?”
honestly? the second you decide something’s yours, it’s instant.
not like poof it’s in your hand, but instant in the sense that your state changes your identity shifts and that’s what makes reality follow.
don’t overcomplicate it. think of it like when you think about someone and they text you. you didn’t sit there calculating timelines. it just clicked.
same thing with your desires. stop checking for proof. the proof shows when you stop looking for it.
“and if you still get negative thoughts?”
that’s fine. you’re not broken for that.
just stop feeding them. when a bad thought shows up, notice it, don’t argue with it, and remind yourself nah, it’s already mine. then move on.
and please… if you know you’re pretty, why are you still looking for proof 😭 like babe, it’s so dumb to question what’s already yours. walk like you have it, talk like you have it, because you do.
