gabrielle’s playlist resembles not only her interests, but also what her mind is thinking. her most recently played songs cover a wide variety of her different moods, occasionally the ones she is TOO AFRAID to reveal to other people. along with a small description of when she would listen to the song is a set of lyrics that she either enjoys the most or that applies to her the most. get a look inside gabrielle’s head by looking at what lyrics are stuck in it.

a song she listens to while driving in her mecedes benz with the windows down. of course the title of the song itself is relatable to her --- she LOVES her money after all. but there is a few things that she values more than money, more specifically LOVE.

this song appeals to gabrielle’s nature to act as a ‘ sugar baby ‘ in a sense. while she’s constantly getting money and gifts from other guys, she maintains a strict attitude while doing so. this attitude isn’t always tolerated among many, but that doesn’t stop her from presenting it.

if you’ve caught gabrielle on a bad day then chances are she’s listening to this song. with her inner fear of everyone leaving her and never finding love, the lyrics really hit home for her. the smile she presents on the red carpet isn’t always genuine, even if it seems to be. the material items she has only supplies her with so much happiness. deep down, she’s afraid of being left behind and she just wants to be loved.

when this song comes on in the club, you know gabrielle is dancing to it. the lyrics sung are the kind of lifestyle gabrielle strives to live. all she needs is someone permanent in her life to get those things for her.

this song mainly comes on when she just needs to cry. she’s far more broken than she cares to admit and has a lot of fears she’ll never share with people. her relationship ( or lack thereof ) with her parents have already left her torn and afraid of the current relationships she has.

this song primarily applies to her relationship with scarlett. while gabrielle does harbor some feelings for the redhead, she’ll never let them show. part of her is too embarrassed and another part is too afraid of what others might think. after all, scarlett doesn’t seem to be an ideal partner for a poised model. whenever she sees the other girl, her heart skips a beat and although she tries to hide her feelings from scarlett, she can’t help but let it slip every now and then.

so like a lot of the rest of the songs are things mason has on his phone

and then shake it out by florence and the machine will eventually become mason’s anthem if he ever gets over himself. will that happen? who knows. but /potential/.
