Well, if referring people to my post or any of @drhermannhottlieb’s is helpful, that is what they are there for. What people decide to do with that information is entirely up to them. I wasn’t even what I would call involved; it’s just that I was on the receiving end of some of the bad/creepy behavior from that sector of the fandom and heard from a ton of people who were, too. By virtue of having been around so long, and also having a number of stories that end up getting high exposure, I always seem to find myself witness to something.

I can’t believe I’m writing in this universe again, much less that I’m writing in this universe again while I’m still neck-deep in another fandom. I have two ambitious projects going at once, and a smaller side-project just ran its course. In matters RL and fandom, I have never been busier. And it’s exciting to see how much my head and heart can hold.

No need to be sorry that I didn’t enjoy Uprising, old friend. You know that when canon pisses me off, I’m always determined to turn around and do something productive with that anger. I’m good at healing myself, and if other people want to poke around in what I’m doing and find solace there, too, I love the company!

i am just really especially into Newt/Hermann right now so that was what my brain immediately leapt to haha, can you IMAGINE, Newt somehow manages to successfully pick up the cute nerdy dude at the bar and they have a FUN, WILD NIGHT and then the next morning Newt shows up at his new office job and there's Hermann staring at him like "oh, er, apparently...you're Newton Geiszler..."
