Idk if this has been done or not but Primal Perry episode in the Human Perry au where platypus hunter Liam McCracken is like "where's the platypus mate, you said there was a platypus." And Doof's like "ooo Perry the platypus is his code name, see, he's a human... not actually... a platypus" and Liam either

1. Just leaves to go hunt platypuses/platypi somewhere else, or

2. Gets mad enough to handcuff them together so we still get the plot of the episode.

Ofc Perry (the human) loses his fedora so Doof thinks he's handcuffed to a random guy he names Steven.

I've been rewatching primal perry on a near weekly basis for years just to confirm that it's actually a real episode cuz it's so wild

Phineas and Ferb AU where everything is the same except Perry actually gets to use his platypus instincts sometimes. Like, in the episode where Doof makes the Invis-inator, Perry finds him after he turns invisible by following the sound of his voice, which is all well and good, but what if he found him through electroreception, since platypus bills contain thousands of sensory receptors that allow them to detect movement, which is useful for finding their prey, or for finding invisible evil scientists. Or maybe the Flynn-Fletchers keep a kiddie pool so they can fill it up sometimes and let Perry swim around. He is semi-aquatic after all. Or in the episode where Linda kept on feeding Perry all her ruined pies, he was clearly miserable (this poor guy) but there could’ve been some off handed joke about how he shouldn’t be so stuffed from all the pies because he doesn’t even have a stomach (because he’s a platypus, and platypuses don’t have stomachs. They’re freakin weird animals, man. Food just goes straight to the intestines. I don’t get it either)
