Princeps, meaning "first among equals", is the version of Aurora's father who has been entirely infected with Ra'haam. He poses as a high-ranking official of the GIA for much of the trilogy.
Scarlett Isobel Jones is the Face of Squad 312, whom we all know and love.

Princeps Radbeka Tindra
Born on Holy Mars during the early days of the Great Crusade and enrolled in the Collegia Titanica, Tindra became Moderati Secundus to the Reaver-pattern Titan "Vulpecula" at age 15. She won the right to Princeps the God Machine at 26 when supporting the Third Legion Astartes. Vulpecula fell during an assault on a non-compliant human world in the Angelus subsector, resulting in the death of the previous Princeps and Moderati Primus. Long mutual recovery of both Tindra and Vulpecula resulted in an unusually close bond between them; their desire to be healthy, to survive, to win, to be the most flawless pairing drove them forward together. Tindra's first orgasm was induced upon connection to Vulpecula in battle for the first time.
