“Jazzasaurus”
A digital image of last month’s Patreon Print gift, which is kind of like a fourth illustration of the card set that’s made in secret and mailed as a physical reward to some tiers.
This year, I'm showcasing the monthly seamless patterns I make in the print gifts, since that seems like a more tangible reward other than just getting your peepers on exclusive art and my illustrative process. So yup, I make seamless patterns for Adobe Photoshop, because details are important! For just $3 you can get the pattern shown here (called Rhapsody Jam), 11 other patterns for Adobe Photoshop, plus all my behind-the-scenes content for my greeting cards and illustrations.
This pattern was entirely digitally made and though I’m not too fond of how it came out, I am glad I stuck the lineart through until the end. I tried something new; I love the pattern I made, but the blocky and neon style and shapes just don’t jive with how I usually paint or draw things. Last month’s card set were the Brass Hoot line of cards, which depict jazzy dinosaurs - Hadrisauridae, specifically - having fun and playing brass horn instruments.

There wasn’t a card set last month, but the theme was "Coffee Swirls" and the pattern is named "Swirly Mugs." This year, I'm showcasing the monthly seamless patterns I make in the print gifts, since that seems like a more tangible reward other than just getting your peepers on exclusive art and my illustrative process. So yup, I make seamless patterns for Adobe Photoshop because details are important!
