if youre system has gateway/systravel capabilities and you dont let your headmates move to other systems when they are no longer happy in youre system you do not have your system/members's best intrest in mind similarly, if a headmate moves out of your system for safety reasons and you ask them to come back becuse you miss them you do not have your system/member's intrest in mind
