celebrate victories / clean the slate : been a week since a binge. drank a little too much last night, but it was an awesome night with good friends and i'm not going to beat myself up for that. next time, bring snacks and more water!
rode bike a little yesterday, gonna ride more today and another friend's having a bbq. phew. and a bazillion projects to work on on the computer, but i like to keep that out of my weekends when possible :P
haven't gotten heavy into food prepping on sundays mostly because i have a lot of time during the week, so far, and haven't even done grocery shopping yet. but plotting out workout days, at least.
I've finally accepted the fact that I'm a really skinny girl with fat thighs. So instead of making them smaller, I'm just going to get matching tattoos on them.

This is so true. One should anticipate what's going to happen, thinking about its pros and cons, eliminate and add something to it; pursue if it's what to take but still guarded from all the risks; and always ready for options to maneuver whatever it takes.
