Most Suits are not allowed to use it. Supply is limited. It is not like Toons are known for falling into Suit hands. Most of the time you just go sad and disappear back to your playground.

Of course, I use it. It is an easy way to get colored ink of all hues and shades. Quick, convenient and much cheaper than importing it from abroad. Self-sufficiency is a good trait.

You do not need to worry. You will not feel a thing if it happens to you.
