lolicons and shotacons are pedos. Drawing r34 of an underage fictional character is CP. Writing smut of a fictional character who's a minor or TODDLER is also CP. The "it's just fiction" argument doesn't make sense and isn't a good excuse because fiction CAN and DOES in many cases effect reality + it is very obvious that the character you're looking at is a child, anyone would look at that character and think "that is a child/minor/teen". Shotacons and lolicons constantly try to hide behind the excuse of "it's just a drawing" "they aren't real" to not show that they're pedos. Lewd drawings of fictional kids/minors are illegal under US law (most shotacons and lolicons I've seen are from the US.)
