11.04.2025—trying to be positive and have a productive day
Doing a 30 Days of Productivity and today is all about time tracking. The only real conclusion I have about time tracking is that it's for people who have office-based jobs because my time tracking would look something like this:
Worked on a VL2600 for an hour Shouted at the VL2600 for ten minutes Poked at the VL2600 for fifteen minutes Stared at the technical diagram for twenty minutes Contemplated life choices for half an hour Realised I forgot to plug a connector back in Ten minutes of staring into space feeling like an idiot

Happy March everyone! I'm not going to lie to you it's weird to think we are in March already, but I am excited for spring, I cannot wait to have all my plants blooming, and getting new flowers and herbs for my garden. Study-wise I am still working for the written paper forbmy philosophy of science class. Today I re-read the chapter I have to work on, and I wrote down some notes to figure out how to structure the paper. I have practiced Irish on duolingo, and I finally highlighted all my grammar notes. I read both first thing in the morning and on my lunch break, and I also had a writing session to fix the short story I wrote for February, I'll probably take at least two more days to finish it completly. I have March's story planned out already so that's not a big deal. (For those who don't know I am challenging myself to write a short story each month this year). Other than this I am fighting the urge to re-watch for the millionth time the mini series of And Then There Were None, cause after talking about it with @serendistudy I cannot get it out of my head, but deep in my heart I know I will fail and watch it again.
Tranquil's stury challenge 2022 // Day Fourteen: Write some affirmations for yourself!
I focus only on things that are under my control.
I am relaxed and at peace with myself and my surroundings.
I can accomplish everything I want to.

2020 quarantine challenge
sun - “what are you doing to relax?”
i feel like for the first time in 3 months i finally got a chance to read for my own enjoyment this weekend. yesterday, i started rereading one of my favorite ya books, revolution by jennifer donnelly. if you love historical fiction as much as i do, you’ll love this book!! the novel combines concepts from music theory and the history of the french revolution, and it works in an astouding way.
aside from reading, i’ve been rewatching that 70′s show. i love it! it’s one of my favorite shows, and it never fails to make me laugh.

i wasted a lot of time today. for some reason, i just wasn't feeling up to work. i was so tired. probably would be better with a night's sleep. my favourite subject also feels extremely daunting because of the sheer volume of work that is pending. i did work out, after ages, so that's a plus. oh, and my first college application went out!
