Slowly making progress on a new piece (titled ‘Glitch’)...
Today I did push circuit 2 and I can really feel that I am getting stronger and my body is changing!
I lost another two lbs and I’m psyched. I’ve been getting some bad headaches lately and I think I it’s because I am not meeting my fat intake requirements. So I made my first green blueberry coconut milk smoothie....amazing. I can’t stress how much yoga does a body good guys...it really isn’t just stretching. Check it out.
