Do you prefer submissions through the ask box or submit box? I checked the FAQ, and if it specified I must have missed it. Also, if I made a text post before this blog ever existed that was similar to the content of this blog, is it okay to submit it? I think it would be funnier with the visuals you provide, and would get more notes than my li'l post did.

How I feel about this character: Oh god where do I start? Dylan is the typical characters that I would usually hate in a show/film. He's disrespectful as shit and sometimes has no empathy towards others (hey mom i know you got raped guess what idec yo). But I love him. Because he's a little shit. Because he's broken and he tries so hard to hide it but as fast as Norma gives him any approval he just... freeze. It's his lifeblood and he wants to both punch her and humiliate her but he'll protect her to any cost because he needs her, he needs her love. And I connect to that about him, I connect to him being so insecure that he just needs some confirmation. A smile, a touch and gentle hug. Some sort of love from other people. He's attractive so he gets some of what he needs from that but his insecurities go so so deeply.

My non-romantic OTP for this character: Uhm. Remo. Ethan was really important for Dylan too, I miss that guy.
My unpopular opinion about this character: Uh. I wish he could have showed more emotion about Norma being raped in the kitchen/by her brother. I don't like how the show treats that so much. He's never once expressed concern about the Keith Summers incident and that bothers me alot.
One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: I wish for him to actually truly confront Norma's brother and get closure on the whole thing.
my OTP: Norma/Dylan. That's it, that's my super secret horrible ship. And I really don't care anymore I just need him to bang his mom idec it's not my fault it's vera's and max's chemistry that fucks with me.
my cross over ship: Lol. Uhm sure chase collins/dylan massett. Now that would be fun.
a headcanon fact: He wants to mentally break down Norma just as much as he desires a smile from her.
