petunia: Who is your favorite character to write for? why?
So, history lesson on me here. I have written a FEW dozen Naruto fanfics in my life, and my favorite character to write (well really it was probably my OC but I’ll not count them in this) would probably have been Itachi. Not only was he my favorite character, but he was so complex and so chill to the core that he matched my favorite characteristics. He was strong, in control behind the scenes, and knew EXACTLY what he wanted and how to get it, all while being willing to sacrifice himself for the greater good.
buttercup: Do you prefer to write requests or come up with your own things?
I prefer to write my own things. That being said, I wrote a non-fanfic little snip it for request a while back and it was a ton of fun. I’ve never really felt the whole request thing for fanfics though. Part of it may be how my mind works, since I’m one of those writers that just goes and plans NOTHING in advance unless its daydreaming while listening to music. Heh.
sunflower: What is the best feedback/compliment you’ve ever received regarding your writing?
Well, I’ve had some really sweet compliments, and even requests to continue work I had finished. However, while I don’t remember what was said exactly, probably the best feedback I recall receiving was a long paragraph where someone addressed several issues in a polite manner, and made sure to compliment the strengths of my writing to show that they weren’t simply hateful or seeking to frustrate me. I was really chuffed with it (once I got over my pride on the constructive criticism part, lol).
