It's so funny to me that people think of Math/Mathematicians as being hyper-logical and rational. Like, have you seen some of the wild things hiding in the Math?

Math is crazy. Math is wild. Math hardly makes sense, and when you think you understand the weirdest parts of it, everyone who hears you explain it to thinks you're a gibbering lunatic.

As a math major trying not to get bogged down in the hellscape of severe social anxiety once again, proofs are shockingly comforting.

How wonderful to behold a carefully chosen sequence of arguments and accompanying symbols that remains absolutely logical…

…while navigating a mind that does nothing but lie at every juncture of my life.

In math when we’re trying to prove something we test it with counter examples, contradictions, etc. that make the proof inevitable and undeniable.

I keep finding myself stress testing what is meaningful to me, if I’m headed in the right direction, etc. to ensure it’s actually true from all angles.

But at the same time there is still lingering doubt. How does one get to a point where they are sure? Why can’t certainty and QED moments also translate to my life.

Maybe the proof itself is weak.

wtf I just listened to Camila’s new leaked song called funerals and wtf Camren is back at it with their toxic relationship from 5H days. Probably worse than that because now they are grown ass people. Tbf this song is from 2023 so…it kinda gives me as a sort of sad ending to anyone(Camila’s song to Lauren). Mainly because of this line-“and I believe you said you would be here but you lied “ which is sort of a continuation to “you say that I won’t lose you” from anyone. Guys, I am emo af. These girls need therapy so bad.

The next lecture in the TOMES will be on the following problem, but I have decided to post just the problem first, so you can have a chance to mull it over in your brain. This is one of my favourite examples for bridging ideas in intuition and actually writing down proofs.

ahem. I'm dead bored so here's the proof that mileven prolly broke up in the time jump (if you say that I'm delusional, you're wrong, because hell nah all of this is pure facts and I'm not just selfish, it's a bunch of confirmed information I used against mileven)

1st: Mileven Don't Act Like Mileven Anymore

in older seasons everything romantic they have is kisses (cuz they're a terrible couple that has to prove that they are still real by kissing lmao), while this season they haven't kissed once and talked ONCE.

2nd: "Mike's Best Friend El"

in some official book or whatever it is (I think I had a photo? oh right I found it, it's up there) jane is being called "mike's best friend eleven".

3rd: Will is not a Fucking Jerk Bruh??

you think will byers would burn down the house (mileven) that he, at least somehow tried to keep standing in s4? he definetly wouldn't ask robin buckley how obvious it has to be to make sure that your crush likes you back, really. he is not a jerk to flirt with a boyfriend of his sister that he really loves and don't make him look like one. even if they haven't broke up for now, they know that they better do it and their relaotionship is not as "obvious" as they used to look like (I mentioned that.) - 0 kisses and 2 platonic scenes together (that as EVERYTIME will flip the camera to william ofc, how'd we go without that).

4th: Will is the Vecna to Stop Mileven

in their scene on the roof when mileven were talking about the parties' future, mike said "if *vecna* is gone, what's stopping *us*?", while in another scene with will he says that will is kinda like vecna. KINDA LIKE *VECNA*, someone who can stop *us*, someone who may destroy midleven mileven.

5th: Duffers Don't Believe In Mileven

duffers is, as known, don't believe in love at first sight, and this may be one of the biggest proofs, because mileven is canonically "woods to lovers" (love at the first sight), as mike said, "I fell in love right when I saw you in the woods". he "falls in love" with a girl the second he saw her, yet the first he saw was will (proof: the first thing he said was "it's not will"). so basically, duffers don't believe in mileven, what meansss? figure it out yourself.

6th: Queerbait is not a Good Lesson.

and why would they make will get rejected after all the hell he survived? to make him suffer again? for what? we already know that he gonna go thru a lot this season, so, what does this lesson even teach? acceptance before rejection??? will is the main character (ikr there's a bunch of mains but he is the mainest one yk???) in the series + mileven already broke up as I proved so he deserves to be happy, atleast, ONCE.

+7th: Robin's Speech is not About Getting Over your Crush (debunking) / Mike is not Tammy

rockin' NEVER talked about mike in her speech, the speech was ENTIRELY ABOUT ACCEPTING YOUR SEXUALITY. golly, I'm really suprised that ANYONE dares to talk about mike being anything else except vickie after they showed us will's tape (miwi flashbacks) below. ⬇️⬇️⬇️
