The Life Pod -- or -- How to Make Use of Off-the-Shelf Products.

A number of years ago, while working in New Jersey, I looked across the shop and realized that the travel container that used to sit atop a company tour van looked suspiciously like the pod that had held Spock’s body at the end of The Wrath of Khan.  Rewatching The Expanse, I saw another life pod (above; S3 E2) that looks suspiciously like a roof-mount travel container.  But hey!  They’re readily available, high-impact heavy-wall plastic, and just the right size for a human, with room enough to add windows and labels and production-specific prop shite, so--why not?

This one prop told us everything about Bradley Whitford's character.

EDIT: my art teacher showed the Drama teacher (who's the play's director) AND SHE LOVED IT!! They said that one day I could be making props for actual theatre and im just!! *shrieking* THE PRAISE!!!

Falchion Blade

I do props time to time. I gave myself the task of only using the supplies I had in extra to make: foamcore board, fiberglass rod, pvc pipe, styrene sheets, worbla scraps, neodymium magnets (so make the ‘wings’ detachable)

I kinda melded the design of the in-game sprite of the first fire emblem with the beautiful original character art of Marth as there was no ‘definite’ design at that time (that I could find anyway)
